We are thrilled to invite you to the 5th Annual Black Hills Aerial Cup, a premier aerial arts competition that brings together circus artists and schools from across the Midwest. Hosted by Live It Up Studio in Rapid City, SD, this exciting event welcomes performers of all levels—amateurs, professionals, youth, and adults.
Competitors from South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Colorado will showcase their skills, with performances judged by leading professionals from the circus and entertainment industries.

NEW Aerial Body Sculpt 6 Week Program - Tues at 6:00pm
February 18th - March 25th
Elevate your fitness with our 6-week Aerial Body Sculpt program! This unique class blends aerial techniques with body-sculpting exercises to target core strength, flexibility, and overall muscle tone. Designed for all fitness levels, the program combines dynamic movements and strength-building sequences on the aerial apparatus to help you achieve a lean, strong physique.
No experience needed. This class is for all ability levels.
Cost: $100/6-weeks
(Intro to Sling, Silks, Lyra) 8 Week Program - Mon at 7:00pm
February 3rd - March 24th
Explore the world of aerial arts with our 8-week Adult Mixed Aerial Arts Class! Perfect for beginners, this course introduces you to three exciting apparatuses: sling, lyra, and silks. Over the program, you’ll learn foundational techniques and moves, building skills and confidence to progress through each apparatus. Whether you're looking to try something new, get a great workout, or join a supportive aerial community, this class is for you.
Cost: $180/8-weeks

What’s an Acro Jam?
An acro jam is all about coming together to practice, play, and explore the art of acrobatics in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re balancing, flying, or spotting, it’s a great way to work on skills, connect with others, and build strength and trust—no formal class structure, just good vibes and movement! These sessions are hosted by acro ethuziasts and coaches Melissa and Kipton!
